Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of laboratory task of robotized measurement with the help of linear delta robot and optoelectronic sensor. The linear delta robot used modification of the FLSUN 3D printer, which was fitted with the QRD1114 optoelectronic sensor and connected to an Agilent 34411A digital multimeter. Furthermore, a program for controlling the robot and collecting data from measurements in LabView software was build. It have been created the assignment of laboratory task with detailed description of setting and control of the robot, collection of measured data and their statistical evaluation was created. Verification of the laboratory task conducted by elaborating a specific laboratory task, in which two measurement variants were selected for different sensor motion trajectories over the reference area of different colors. The measurement showed the accuracy of the measurement with different measurement parameters. Thanks to its simple operation and variability, the laboratory task can serve as a teaching aid for testing optoelectronic sensors.
