Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the company's competitiveness in metallurgical industry. The thesis has three main chapters, theoretical starting points for evaluation of competitiveness, evaluation of the company's competitiveness, and suggestions for the company. Suggestions for the company were made on basis of analyses results. The main objective of this thesis is evaluation of the company's competitiveness in metallurgical industry. Sub-objective is construction of SPACE analysis, Porter's 5 forces model, financial analysis, and SWOT analysis. The researched company can compete with other multinational companies.
