Abstract

Eva Machovčáková, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis is to create the construction segment of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction segment into the project construction. The building is a basement apartment house with four floors roofed with flat roof with attic, which is partially walkable. The whole building is designed as a brick structural system. The technological part of the diploma thesis deals with alternative solutions of the external cladding of the apartment building. The processing of the itemized budget, assessment in the program TEPLO, the technological procedure of implementation, and the schedule for both variant solutions can be found in the technological part of this thesis. The aim of this work is to find out which procedure is more advantageous.
