Zhodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti a konkurenceschopnost podniku

Abstract

The economics performance and competition of company are very important indicators. The company strives to have effective processes and insignificant competition. There are a lot of methods that help to analyze these two indicators. We can work with the results and improve this results constantly. In this thesis are used methods Balanced Scorecard, Porter´s five forces model, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. The aim this thesis is using this method and analysis situation in company, indicate the future direction their business activities and propose recommendation.
