Abstract

Author: Bc. Jan Molnár Title of Thesis: Managerial Job in a Chosen Organisation Managerial work is experiencing a huge boom in almost all areas, not only manufacturing but also services. Related to this is mainly linked the need for continuous development of managers and conception of their education. In the theoretical part, I tried to focus on deeper understanding and the benefits that entails the development and training managers. The aim of this thesis was to define any gaps in concept development and training of managers in RWE Customer Services, Ltd. Ostrava, using data obtained from the research questionnaire, interviews and analysis of written documents and then to outline and recommend possible solutions, which should in the future, at least partially solve the problem.
