Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz – návrh zástavby proluky, nároží ulic Chopinova x Mariánskohorská

Abstract

The major focus of this bachelor work is on a typological proposal of a project built-up in the vacant site located at the corner of streets Chopin and Marianskohorska. The presented project is formed as a fluid study that includes basic structural and dispositional characteristics. It moreover avers the need for barrier-free access. The project is concepted as a multifunctional house that is to be built in line with the surrounding housing located in the conservation area. Furthermore the project sloves issues with the transportation and the technical infrastructure that will reflect and follow up the current situation. The project also covers the financial budeget.
