Využití rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie v oblasti strukturně fázové analýzy Ni-superslitin

Abstract

The work demonstrates the use of scanning electron microscopy to analyze the microstructure of nickel superalloys and to determine the chemical composition of the individual phases present in them. The principle of operation of the electron microscope is described and general information about nickel superalloys is given. In the case of electron microscopes, the text deals with their historical development and also describes the physical processes taking place when the beam interacts with the surface of the sample. The history is also discussed in the case of nickel superalloys, for which a classification according to their method of manufacture and use is also given. The text then shows in detail the phases and microstructures typical of these alloys. The experimental part of the work includes microhardness measurements and structural phase analysis of two samples of IN 738LC alloy, one occurring in the initial state and the other subjected to prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
