Vodíkové skrehnutie Q&P ocelí

Abstract

In the theoretical part of this thesis, there are described Q&P steels, their production, chemical composition and retained austenite in these steels. Further, hydrogen embrittlement, its types and its action on steels are described in more detail. The practical part is focused on the mechanical properties of 42SiCr steel after heat treatment of Q&P. The properties were investigated after previous electrolytic hydrogenation and deformation, using different current densities as well as different electrolyte composition. In addition to mechanical properties, the microstructure of the samples was also studied. In the last part of the thesis there is a fractographic analysis of individual samples.
