Informovanost spotřebitelů o regulaci reklam

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on consumer awareness regarding legal regulations, regulatory authorities, and ethical standards in the field of advertising. The aim of the thesis was to examine how consumers perceive advertising, to what extent they are informed about advertising rules and regulations, and what attitudes they hold toward them. Two hypotheses were formulated. The first focused on the assumption that consumers with a higher level of education are better informed, and the second concerned the frequent appearance of misleading advertising on the social media platform Facebook. To achieve the objective, a questionnaire was created, and both hypotheses were confirmed by the results.
