Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh rekonstrukce úpravnické linky na lomu Železné Horky. V úvodu je popsána základní charakteristika ložiska, dále je popsána stávající technologie dobývání, dopravy a úpravy. Hlavním úkolem práce je posouzení stávajícího stavu, návrh výměny strojů a analýza možné výměny strojů. V závěru práce jsou pak zhodnoceny technicko-ekonomické přínosy nové úpravnické linky a doporučení pro projekční řešení linky.

The present diploma thesis deals with designing a reconstruction of an uprgrading line in the železné Horky quarry. The introduction part describes a basic characteristics of the bed, the current technology of mining, transportation and adjustment. The aim of the present diploma thesis is to review the current status, to suggest replacing old machines and to analyse the possibility of the changing of the machines. The final part then evaluates technical-economic gains of the new upgrading line and it also recommendates a designating solution of the line.
