Analýza logistického řetězce

Abstract

The Bachelor´s work deals with the analysis of logistic chain and finding out the weak points in a given firm. Theoretical part of this work interprets the term logistic chain and its different types, it also deals with its participators,enumeration of aims and the description of individual methods. The second part of this work describes the starting position of the firm and goes on by the methods with the help of which the efficiency would be higher. The important items of this part are also calculations with enumerating of possible savings for each suggested method.
