This work should inform readers with problems elimination heavy metal by means of adsorption. Is described adsorption, mechanism sorption metals, her types and factors, which guide continuance of all of the process. Below are introduced most commonly used sorbents, their characteristics, principles and testing. Sequentially are here introduced important heavy metals, which by quality negatively functions on people's health and environment.
