Abstract

The topic of this work are business loans in the Czech market. The structure of this thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains the layout of the Czech banking system and the conditions for a banking license in the Czech Republic. Followed by the basic functions of banks. The aim of this work is to compare mortgage loans for entrepreneurs. In the Czech Republic these hans are offered by six banking institutions. The comparison of mortgage loans will be made by means of a model example of using mortgage proposals from different banks. A solution will be made for each bank. The most convenient mortgage loan will be chosen from various options.
