Abstract

The theme of the thesis was the analysis of attitudes city residents toward shopping center. The aim of marketing research was to find out how residents the new shopping center of the town Frýdek-Místek perception. For marketing research method was used group interviews. Through attitudes the analysis were observed current views of residents. Based on the results of the analysis were processed suggestions, that could help the success of the shopping center in the future.
