Bezpečnost práce při operačním řízení jednotek požární ochrany

Abstract

This master thesis focuses on the issue of safety of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic during operational management. In order to achieve the aim of this thesis, a combination of two main methods was used: data analysis of the Fire Rescue Departments of the individual regions and conducting a research survey using a questionnaire. The analysis of data from the Fire Rescue Departments will provide important information on firefighter injuries and other relevant factors through already existing statistics and records. This analysis will allow for a comparison of aspects of injury rates between different regions and the identification of the most problematic activities to be subjected to further risk analysis. As part of the research investigation, members of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic who serve in the repression department will be contacted by means of an anonymous questionnaire survey. The aim of the questionnaire is to obtain detailed information on attitudes, risk perceptions and training practices related to occupational safety. The questionnaire will allow firefighters to give their opinions, experiences and perspectives on occupational safety issues in their daily practice. This approach will enable a comprehensive and up-to-date view of occupational safety issues to be obtained directly from those with experience of working in the fire protection sector. The results of the data analysis and the questionnaire survey will serve as a valuable source of information for further investigation and implementation of measures aimed at improving occupational safety in the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic
