Hospodaření vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace

Abstract

This thesis deals with the management of selected nongovernmental organization. The most common legal form of NGOs in the Czech Republic is a civic association, which is dedicated to the practical part. The aim of this work is to summarize the management and activities of the civic association Open House in the monitored period 2008-2012 and the drafting of recommendations to improve the economic conditions of the association. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic characteristics of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. There is also focused attention on civic associations, particularly the establishment, incorporation, establishment, activities and termination of non-governmental organizations. In the practical part of the study is a detailed analysis of the activities, there are also presented the goals and mission of the selected non-profit organization. Thanks to using tables and graphs are analyzed sources of financing, income, expenses and profit achieved in the period. The fourth chapter focuses on the evaluation of information. There are proposals to improve economic conditions, which should positively affect the future development of the civic association Open House.
