Abstract

The thesis deals with the evaluation and design of the OSH system in a selected company, including the documentation in place. Text focuses on the elaboration and presentation of the individual requirements or documents in terms of OSH that must be fulfilled in the case of each new employee joining the company. Thus, in the introductory part of the thesis one can find the general requirements that are necessary to understand the issue addressed with a list of applicable legislation followed by an introduction of the company. In the practical part, the steps taken to implement a functional OSH system in the assessed company and the documentation prepared are already presented, including detailed requirements for the new employee joining the company. These requirements are then summarized and presented in individual steps in the last part of the thesis.
