Abstract

The topic of the environmental protection is watched and discussed very much nowadays and it is a very important topic for the future, too. Therefore it is interesting to look at a shop service and its´ influence on the environment. The thesis deals with the life cycle of the shop service within a programme tool and then the influence on the environment is described. First, the method in accordance with LCA is explained in the experimental part - the analysis of the life cycle in four basic phases. In the end, the results of the analysis are presented in accordance with the main goal of the thesis and it is recommended how to reduce the impacts on the environment, if is possible in this field of business.
