Využití rozšířeného fotogrametrického modelu pro účely CAFM

Abstract

The thesis addresses the analysis and implementation of photogrammetric models in the context of building management. The aim of the work is to explore the potential of photogrammetric technologies for improving management processes, maintenance, and storage of building information. The work provides an overview and practical application of current photogrammetry methods, including data collection, processing, and analysis. It also describes the design of an effective workflow aimed at integrating photogrammetric models into building management in a simplified form. Within the work, a qualitative analysis was conducted, which included data collection using photogrammetric methods and subsequent processing for use on CDE and web applications. The result of the work is a methodology for working with models and data collection for management organizations, their implementation, and potential usage possibilities.
