Posouzení variant vytápění v rodinném domě

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a project of a family house for a realization of the construction, and desing of two variants of heating. Therefore the thesis consists of two parts – a part dealing with a construction, and a part dealing with technical equipment of buildings. The first discusses appropriate desing of building structures to meet the thermal insulation requirements of the relevant standards. The other part discusses the proposed heating of a family house.

The main theme is the proposal and comparison of the two heating options of a family house. The first heating option is gas condensing boiler which also serves for the production of tap water in combination with low-temperature underfloor heating complemented by heating bodies. The second variant of the heating system is an air-water heating pump, which also serves for the production of hot water in combination with the heating bodies. This thesis includes the processing of the calculation of the heat loss of the family house, the evaluation of building stucture, and a creation of a certificate of energy performance of the building for both variants.
