The thesis is focused on outsourcing and its use in the Office of the Regional Council of the Moravia Silesia Cohesion Region in Ostrava. The main aim is to analyse all acitivities in the Office and to find activities, which could be realized by external sources. The analysis is made for three point of view: economic, risk management and increasing of technical level. There is also a comparision of real costs and assumptive costs. As a result it is obvious that these activities aren´t suitable for outsourcing.
