Abstract
This diploma thesis focuses on road transportation costs for a small business with no large transportation vehicles. It aims to analyze whether IKTUS s.r.o. could benefit from investment into their own transportation, in comparison with currently used external transportation companies. The thesis includes initial investment, new vehicles calculation and final comparison if the company could profit from insourcing their own transportation.
