Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis entitled "Customer Satisfaction Measurement of the Hostess Agency" is to determine whether and how the clients are satisfied with services of Victory Models agency and suggest possible measures to improve the quality. In the practical part is performed quantitative research using a questionnaire based on which the resulting data analyzed. The analysis results serve as a basis for proposals and recommendations on possible changes, which could help to improve services in the future.
