Abstract

Thesis deals with the possibilities of improving access to transfer customer requirements into product quality characteristics. The aim of this work is to analyze the current approach to translating customer requirements into symbols of quality metallurgical products in organization and suggest possible improvements. The first chapter describes current approaches to converting customer requirements. The second chapter analyzes the current state of converting customer requirements into product quality characteristics in the organization. This chapter serves to identify possible improvements. In another part of measures are proposed to improve access converting customer requirements into product quality characteristics. The first improvement was proposed to describe the transfer of customer requirements to the quality attributes of the product as a process and the process to implement a quality manual organization. Suggestions for improvement are also focused on the use of matrix diagrams based on the principle of quality House. These matrix diagrams were treated to some typical examples of customer requirements. Suggestions for improvement are also focused on improving the questionnaire, monitoring and rejected demands for quality assessment.
