Návrh strategického plánu neziskové organizace

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to put together a draft of a strategic plan for non-profit organization Hnutí Žebřík, z. s. The theoretical part shortly describes the structure of national economy with focus on non-profit organizations, their structure, typical features and financing. It describes the process of strategic planning and planning principles. The organization itself presents it history and courses that are offered. Its program and its development from 2013 to 2017 is outlined. The practical part describes the vision and mission of the organization as well as analyses its external and internal environment. SWOT analysis reveals the strength and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of the organization. The final part presents long- and short-term goals and strategies of the organization till year 2025.
