Abstract

The thesis on "Assessment of generational differences in the workplace in a selected company" deals with the analysis of intergenerational differences in the current work environment. The thesis is structured into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in detail the characteristics and expectations of each generation. The practical part is based on a quantitative research conducted by means of a questionnaire survey, the aim of which is to find out the preferences of each generation in the field of working conditions. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations for employers are formulated. The aim of the work is to provide a comprehensive view of generational differences in the workplace and to offer recommendations that could help organisations to better understand and address this issue.
