Abstract

This thesis analyzes the current process of orientation in the organization Osypka Ltd. The aim of this study is based on an analysis to evaluate the process of orientation of new employees in selected organization and submit proposal for improvement. The thesis is divided into two sections. The first section is theoretical-methodological. In this section of the methodology used and the methods used to process the thesis. The Study of literature, analysis of the acquired information, their synthesis and comparison were used. There is also explained the term adaptation and terms and definitions that are related to adaptation. In the second application-verification section is a brief description of the selected organization. There is also described and analyzed the process in an organization. In this section was used interviews and questionnaire method. Respondents were employees of the organization. By employees of the organization. By questionnaire was found to what is done in the context of adaptation right and what is needed to improve. Evaluating and analyzing the information obtained generate evidence for proposing amendments to improve the process of adapting and trying to remedy. The conclusions drawn from questionnaire method. Submitted proposal can be used by management.
