Oddlužení a jeho ekonomické a sociální důsledky pro dlužníka

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on personal bankruptcy in the Czech Republic including its economic and social impact on the debtor. In theoretical part, basic features of insolvency proceedings are introduced and related terms which are processional subjects, insolvency register, imminent bankruptcy and more are explained. There are also presented all possibilities of solving bankruptcy. Subsequently, the course of debt relief and economic and social impacts on the debtor are described. In the practical part, an analysis of economical situation of debtors is performed. For analysis, four debtors whose situations were different are chosen that diploma thesis included various situations which may occur.
