Zhodnocení finanční situace vybraného podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu vybrané společnosti, konkrétně pak na vybrané metody financí analýzy.

V teoretické části je popsán význam a úloha finanční analýzy a metody používané pro hodnocení finanční situace podniku.

Další část práce je věnována základním informacím o společnosti ABC, a. s., která je tradičním výrobcem elektrotechnické oceli, a na které je finanční analýza aplikována.

Praktická část se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace pomocí vertikální a horizontální analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, vybraných poměrových ukazatelů a pyramidového rozkladu ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. V závěru této části bylo provedeno zhodnocení a doporučení pro budoucí vývoj společnosti ABC, a. s.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of a selected company, by applying selected methods of the financial analysis.

The purpose and role of the financial analysis and methods usually used for the assessment of the financial situation of a concrete company are to be described in the theoretical part.

The next part of the thesis includes basic information on the ABC company, a. s., which is a traditional producer of steel for electrotechnics and on which the financial analysis is applied to.

The practical part deals with the evaluation of the financial situation by using vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, chosen financial ratios and pyramidal decomposition of the Return on Equity ratio. The end of this part is aimed at the final assessment and recommendation for the future development the ABC, a. s. company.
