Vliv změn v normě ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 na integrovaný systém řízení velké výrobní organizace

Abstract

The thesis is focused on updating of integrated management system manual in the organization BONATRANS GROUP a.s. that is based on changes of ISO 9001:2015 latest issue. The theoretical part describes concepts as quality, quality management, its principles and basic types of used quality management’s concepts. Also, this part explains principles of integrated management system and its realization. The practical part of this thesis describes analysis of ISO 9001:2015 changes comparing it with ISO 9001:2008 standard. Identified changes of revised standard are used for analysis of current integrated management system manual. Identified problems are used for updated integrated management system manual according to ISO 9001:2015.
