Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia v k.ú. Závodie

Abstract

The task of my bachelor's thesis was to conduct a measurement, through which I could prepare a geometric plan to be used for surveying the construction for the issuance of an occupancy permit. The construction was located in the cadastral area of Závodie. This geometric plan was officially verified after being prepared. Subsequently, the GP was submitted to the cadastral office in Žilina, where it was officially certified. In my bachelor's thesis, I also delve into the historical development of real estate cadastre, as well as geometric plans in our territory. Through this history, I primarily aimed to highlight how the first 'cadastres' primarily served for tax collection, and over time, evolved into the form of real estate cadastre as we know it today. I also attempted to explain the method of measurement using GNSS. Furthermore, I focused on the digital application ZBGIS, as this application is widely used nowadays for various purposes and also in geodetic practice. Lastly, I introduced SKPOS, which we used for our measurement. This was followed by a practical section where I tried to describe the location, measurement, tools used, and the subsequent processing of the geometric plan.
