Uplatnění Facility managementu v životním cyklu staveb

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Uplatnění Facility managementu v životním cyklu staveb. Obsah této bakalářské práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí. Jedná se o teoretickou část, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy týkající se Facility managementu a životního cyklu stavby. Dále jsou zde zmíněny výhody vyplývající jejich skloubením v jednotlivých fázích životního cyklu stavby. Pro následující praktickou část byla vybrána zrealizovaná stavba, ve které proběhl průzkum z hlediska působnosti Facility managementu. Po této analýze byly vybrány a popsány návrhy na zlepšení chodu podpůrných činností společnosti sídlící v ní. Dokončením této práce byl zjištěn rozsah využití FM na podporu hlavního předmětu podnikání v středně velké společnosti na území České republiky. Rozsah této bakalářské práce je 43 číslovaných stran.

The theme of this bachelor work is Application of Facility Management in the Life Cycle of Buildings. The contents of this work consist of two basic parts. A theoretical part where individual terms concerning Facility Management and the Life Cycle of Buildings are described is one of them. Later, there are advantages arising from their combination in individual phases of a life cycle of buildings mentioned. For the following practical part, an implemented building was chosen where a poll was done from the point of view of the effects of Facility management. Suggestions of how to improve the procedures of supporting activities of companies residing there were chosen and described after this analysis. To what degree it is possible to use Facility management as a support of the main object of running a business in a medium sized company in the Czech Republic is in the completion of the work. The size of this work is 43 numbered pages.
