Studie zabezpečení ochrany obyvatelstva v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

This thesis deals with ensuring protection of population. Study refers to the characteristics of the town Roznov pod Radhostem. The emphasis is on the identification of possible risks of natural and anthropogenic character. To analyse the possible threat of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm territory the HVA (Hazard Vulnerability Analysis) and correlation analysis of is used. To simulate the release of vulnerable substances which could endanger the territory of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm the ALOHA software program is used. Conclusion contains suggestions based on the results of analysis and proposals are determined to lower the risks and priorities are set to correct any inconsistencies.
