Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction, according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. (as amended), of a detached house on plot No.: 3925/6 cadastral area: Horní Těrlicko [766577], Topolová Street, Těrlicko Municipality [599158], Karviná District, Moravian-Silesian Region. The project documentation is based on an architectural study that was prepared in the course Atelierova tvorba I, under the supervision of Ing. arch. Radim Václavík, in the academic year 2021/2022. The study was then modified within the framework of Atelierova tvorba V, under the supervision of Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká, and the documentation for the building permit was also prepared, in the course Atelierova tvorba Va under the guidance of doc. Ing. Jaroslav Solař, Ph.D., in the academic year 2023/2024.

The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, a textual part and a drawing part.
