Zhodnocení konceptu work-life balance v managementu vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of evaluating the concept of work-life balance in the management of the selected company. The primary goal of this thesis is to find out whether the concept of work-life balance is set correctly in Innomotics s.r.o., which is based in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The secondary goals are to find out if work experience and the influence of work pressure influence the work-life balance of employees in the management of the given company. The work is divided into a theoretical and an application part. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic terms associated with this concept. The aim of the application part is to use theoretical knowledge in practice and to identify the above-mentioned goals using three research methods. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of the results, suggestions and recommendations for improving the work-life balance of employees in the management of the given company.
