Abstract

The focus of the bachelor thesis is the issues of renewable energy sources connected to the distribution system. The thesis contains theoretical analysis of low and high voltage distribution networks. Introduction to the most commonly used renewable resources in the Czech Republic and their principle of operation. In the following section, feedback influences such as voltage changes, impacts on mass remote control devices, and short-circuit conditions that renewable energy sources can cause are described. Part of this bachelor thesis deals with the limits of connectivity, in terms of voltage changes at switching and higher harmonics. An important part is the practical calculation of the assessment of the connection of a photovoltaic or wind power plant to the grid in terms of voltage drop and voltage changes during switching. The bachelor thesis sets the goal of approaching the issue of more and more distributed renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic.
