Komparace současného a nového stavebního řízení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of the existing Building Act No.183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act) and Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act in the Czech Republic. In particular, it is devoted to a detailed description of the building regulations under both Acts. It then compares the information and describes its differences and correspondences. Practical part then builds on this theme and describes the process of the procedure for obtaining a permit to build a house in practice.
