The subject of this thesis is to analyze the company's competitive ability. The theoretical concepts are explained by analyzing competitiveness, competition, competitive power, competitive advantage. The thesis focuses on analyzing business environment and portfolio, the Blue Ocean Strategy and financial analysis. The practical part presents analysis of FORM, s. r. o. competitiveness evaluating data from the survey. The conclusion summarizes learning points.
