Analýza kvality IPTV v závislosti na konfiguraci WDM-PON

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with IPTV quality analysis within Triple Play service depending on WDM-PON configuration. In the first part, I have described properties of optical access networks and their division into groups by way of realization. In next step, I have wrote about IPTV service that was tested with sofisticated measuring tools made by EXFO. Next measurement was focused on evaluation quality of picture and video signal using chosen objective methods SSIM and PSNR. This measurement was focused on comparing streamed video signals and original video sample. For comparing, freeware MSU Video Quality was used. All measurements were made at WDM-PON network, that I had prepared and configurated by myself.
