Strukturální pomoc EU v rámci ROP regionů soudržnosti Moravskoslezsko a Střední Morava

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with problems of the use of the Europe Union Structural Funds through the Operational Programmes and other instruments in the Czech Republic. And then their use in regions Moravia-Silesia and region of Central Moravia.The European Union offers a variety of options to encourage economic growth and improve the social situation of countries using resources from the Structural Funds.

The aim of this thesis is to characterize and summary analyze use of the Europe Union structural funds in the Moravia-Silesia region and Central Moravia region. For the development work was used the Monthly monitoring reports and the Annual progress reports, provided by the Regional councils of those districts. The main intention of work was to analyze a structural assistance in the period 2007 - 2013 in the Moravia-Silesia region and in the Central Moravia.

The thesis is struzctured into the three chapters.The first chapter contains the meaning, the role, the aim and status of regional policy, including the principles and tools. The second chapter contains the socio - economic character of the Moravia-Silesia region and in the Central Moravia. To reach the aim of the diploma work is crucial final chapter focusing on the implementation and assess of use of funds from the Structural Funds in the Moravia-Silesia region and in the Central Moravia. The main part of this chapter is devoted to implementation and evaluation of projects implemented in the programming period 2007 - 2013.
