Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of driver training in the Czech Republic in context of dangerous goods transport as regulated by Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR Agreement). Existing research and current practice are evaluated. Subsequently legislation in the Czech Republic is analyzed and compared to the Slovak Republic and other nations followed by proposed improvements. The thesis and its attachments contain practical methods, exercises, and concepts which are believed to lead to the same goal as previous proposals with minimum changes to ADR Agreement or legislation.
