Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a external thermal insulation composite system on apartment building and its comparison with ventilated facade cladding. The default type of building envelope is a contact thermal insulation composit system. For a comparasion was chosen example of ventilated facade. Thesis contains project documentation for building permits according to czech state decree 499/2006 Sb., and technological procedures of both variants. The conclusion of the work is the evaluation of construction, implementation, thermal engineering, time and financial differences in the field of facade cladding for a given apartment building.
