Abstract

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with risk assessment in a company engaged in the pro-duction of forming tools. The work is devoted to the identification of risk, analysis and eval-uation of the rate at workplaces. drives the design of the system to reduce peace risks. The theoretical part of the work is intended to introduce the issue of safety and health protection at work, risk factors and various methods of risk assessment. The practical part is focused on information about the company, jobs and their risks. Subsequently, the risk assessment itself using the risk matrix method. On the basis of work activities, hazards were identified, ac-cording to which scenarios were created. A degree of risk has been established because it is dependent on the likelihood and severity of the consequences. Measures to increase the com-pany's safety level were proposed for all identified hazards.
