Opravy vad odlitků tmelením a impregnací

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tmelením a impregnací vad odlitků. Jsou v ní uvedeny vady odlitků a jejich rozdělení. Popisuje vady, které jsou opravitelné tmelením a impregnací a uvádí, proč jsou tyto způsoby oprav výhodnější oproti jiným metodám. V práci jsou vypsány druhy tmelů, jejich vlastnosti a složení. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá návštěvami ve dvou slévárenských podnicích, ve slévárně Tafonco a.s. a Slévárně Třinec a.s. Uvádí, s jakými materiály a tmely tyto podniky pracují a jak často opravy tmelením provádí. Poté v této práci popisuji postup tmelení, který jsem si vyzkoušel na dvou odlitcích. Uvádím, s jakými materiály jsem pracoval a vyhodnocuji celý tento proces.

Bachelor thesis deals with sealing and impregnation of casting defects. Describes the casting defects and their classification as well as the defects which are repairable by sealant, impregnation and why these repair methods are preferable over other methods. In this work are listed types of sealants, their characteristics and composition. The practical part of the thesis engageds visits of two foundry companies. Visit of foundry Tafonco and company Slévárny Třinec. It states what materials and sealants these businesses operates with and how often repairs with sealing are performed. Then, this work describes the procedure sealing that I tried on two castings. I quote what materials have been used and evaluate the whole process.
