Abstract
This thesis is concerned with evolving of project documentation of a multifunctional house for building construction under the Building Act. Several alternative solutions of cladding and their mutual comparsion are also included as well as technological procedures of rough building construction of individual claddings. Mutual evaluation of alternative solutions refers to 1 m 2 of masonry including plaster and it is primarily assessed in terms of price, thermal transmittance heat and time scheduling. On account of the project documentation for execution stages the multifunctional house was developed in the brick system Heluz Family 50 2in1. Alternative solution was elaborated for brick system Heluz family 50, Porotherm 50 T Profi, Porotherm 50 Profi Eco +, Ytong Lambda YQ P2 - 300 and Heluz Plus 30 Uni including contact thermal insulation of expanded grey polystyrene Isover EPS GreyWall Plus 240 mm thick. The thesis contains 75 pages.
