Abstract

This thesis analyses warehouse logistics setup in the company Potten & Pannen – Staněk group s.r.o. It provides an overview on how the company and the company’s warehouse logistics have developed over the years, and analyses the current warehouse logistics in the company. Based on the analysis, the thesis summarizes benefits and disadvantages of the current warehouse logistics strategy of the company, and lastly presents recommendations to mitigate current negative aspects of warehouse logistics in the company.
