Abstract

The aim of this master thesis was to ensure thermal comfort in summer and winter season. Condensing boiler ensures winter operation and covers the whole consumption of heat. Preparation of domestic hot water is provided by indirect storage tank with a volume of 500 liters. The heat losses are compensated by radiators and air handling units with heat recovery which brings fresh air at a temperature of 20 ° C. In summer thermal comfort is ensured by the air conditioner. The unit covers the maximum of heat load of lounge. These systems were designed with all necessary components. The building serves as a hotel with accommodation. It is a three storied building with a flat roof. 1st floor is used as a guests gathering. Other floors are used for guest accommodation.
