dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit míru použití vybraných typů mimorozpočtových zdrojů jednotlivými HZS krajů v roce 2012 na základě analýzy mimorozpočtových zdrojů HZS krajů v letech 2008 - 2012. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy týkající se požární ochrany, hasičského záchranného sboru a jeho hospodaření. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu mimorozpočtových zdrojů všech 14 HZS krajů ve sledovaném období, zhodnocení vybraných typů mimorozpočtových zdrojů a jejich srovnání mezi jednotlivými HZS krajů. Pro analýzu byly využity data z informačních výkazů Ministerstva financí a roční zprávy o stavu požární ochrany.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this dissertation is to assess the extent of use of selected types of extra-budgetary resources by individual Regional Fire Rescue Services in 2012, based on the analysis of extra-budgetary resources of the Regional Fire Rescue Services in the years 2008 - 2012. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts related to fire protection, the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, his organization and financial management. The practical part contains an analysis of extra-budgetary resources of 14 Regional Fire Rescue Services in the period under review, evaluation of selected extra-budgetary resources and their comparison between Regional Fire Rescue Services. For the analysis were used data from the information systems of the Ministry of Finance and the annual report on the state of fire protection.en
