Obnova katastrálního operátu novým mapováním v k.ú. Horní Životice

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe in detail the stages of preparation, boundary determination, and detailed measurement during the renewal of the cadastral registry by new mapping in the cadastral area of Horní Životice, as these activities are carried out by the Bruntál cadastral office's Update and Documentation department. Besides the description of the activities performed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Guide for the Renewal of the Cadastral Registry and Conversion, I would like to point out the pitfalls and problematic areas of the entire process based on the experiences gained during the "Renewal" carried out by the Bruntál cadastral office since 2018.
