Metodika měření mechanických vlastností kompozitů

Abstract

Obsahem této práce jsou metody mechanického testování kompozitních materiálů. Začátek je věnován kompozitním materiálům obecně. Jde hlavně o definování kompozitu, jeho rozdělení, vlastnosti, výrobu a použití. Další část práce se zabývá jednotlivými metodami na zkoušení mechanických vlastností kompozitů. Zejména postup zkoušek a jejich výsledky. Následuje část věnována současnému řešení problematiky v konkrétní společnosti zabývající se užitím kompozitních dílů pro své výrobky a jejich testování. V další části je pro konkrétní kompozitní část vybrán postup měření. V závěru práce je obecně shrnuta problematika mechanického testování kompozitů.

The content of this work are methods of mechanical testing of composite materials. The beginning is dedicated to composite materials in general. It is mainly about defining the composite, its distribution, properties, production and use. Another part deals with individual methods for testing the mechanical properties of composites. In particular, the test procedure and its results. The following part is devoted to the current solution of the problem in a particular company dealing with the use of composite parts for their products and their testing. In the next section, a measurement procedure is selected for a particular composite part. At the end of the thesis is summarized the problems of mechanical testing of composites.
